FOOL'S GOLD RALLY 2027 Announced

[6/09/2026] JUST ANNOUNCED: The Fool's Gold Rally is scheduled for JULY 1-3, 2027. During this event, 16 cars with 30 drivers will navigate the backroads of Tennessee in an extensive 800+ mile loop. Along the way, participants will experience country, rural, and mountain landscapes as they journey through four major Tennessee cities: Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Memphis.

Looking to extend your vacation? Participate in our Scavenger Hunt! A list of photo opportunity checkpoints will be provided. Complete the most and earn the "Extra Mile Award" for tackling challenges along the route.

The grid is exclusive to only 16 cars and 30 drivers.

EVENT ENTRY FEE: $500/TEAM (Driver & Copilot)

This includes vehicle and both drivers. Entry fees go toward the support vehicle, hotel room expense (one team per room), 3 Team dinners, emergency towing, awards and prizes, band fee, and administrative expense, such as advertising material and website hosting fees.

Registration will begin in January 2027, however, if you want to book early starting November 2026, you will get a 20% entry fee discount!

THE ROUTE MAP:

Drivers are also to be known this is NOT a race. You must not compete with other participants in any manner. Drivers must fully comply with all local, county, state, and federal laws and regulations, including all speed limits and rules of the road.
